UPGRADES
You can upgrade to a yearly membership to save on your monthly fee. This is also a good solution for school districts who would like to pay for their teacher’s subscription.
When you upgrade from monthly to yearly, your yearly membership starts on the day your last monthly payment ends.
Please contact Customer Support to upgrade your membership.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will not have access to the site, including all content and community resources, after your last paid membership period expires. Please remember to download all of your lessons you wish to keep for future use before you cancel your membership. Once you cancel, you no longer have access to the private, Sparklers Club website or its content.
Cancellations can be entered in your ‘My Orders’ page on My Account. Click on the ‘View’ button so see the details about your payments and due dates. You should see the ‘Cancel’ and ‘Change Payment’ buttons on that page.
There are no refunds for membership fees already paid (unless you request an immediate refund within 7 days of first purchasing your membership).
WANT BACK IN?
You are welcome to re-join The Sparklers’ Club during any enrollment period (twice a year) at the current registration fee (special introduction prices are no longer valid).
PRIVACY POLICY
Deep Space Sparkle stores your name, email and address on our servers. Your email address will be used to contact you about account status, send you a weekly newsletter hi-lighting membership content and other actions initiated on Deep Space Sparkle. We will never sell your email address or use it for any purposes other than contacting you about Deep Space Sparkle concerns.
CREDIT CARD INFO
Your credit card is not stored on Deep Space Sparkle servers. All credit card orders are processed viq our transaction geteways, PayPal and www.authorize.net. All recurring billing is handled via their getaway services.
